Lead large-scale projects and initiatives aligned to the strategic priorities of the SIU. Provide the SIU with operational logistics, talent responsibilities related to capacity management, and continuous improvement of processes and outcomes, and responsible for continual active collaboration and communication within the SIU and with our stakeholders and partners.

• Lead highest priority projects across the Claims’ Personal and Business Lines that allow for improved speed-to-market for key initiatives. Focus on the biggest impact opportunities within these projects to enable operational excellence.• Responsible for executing on initiative deliverables and operational strategy and standard processes, and accountable for effectively and efficiently delivering outcomes that implement change across US functions while balancing operational complexity and costs with desired business outcomes.• Able to incorporate a cross line of business perspective to the 3-6-month assignments and capable of adapting quickly to evolving business needs. Able to develop and implement new ideas considering new requirements with the goal of improving the organization’s performance.• Versatile in developing effective project management strategies and tactics and ability to advise, recommend, plan, organize, design, monitor and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.• Highly competent in solving problems by identifying and closing the critical gaps inhibiting the delivery of value to our customers.
