I am currently an instructor for the Medical Assistant Program. I provide clinical and administrative instruction and helped develop the programs first online curriculum.

I developed flexible online learning curriculum with embedded hands-on clinical experience for the National Institute for Medical Assistant Advancement (NIMAA) program to improved accessibility of information for medical assistants and increase their job placement success. We were able to see a measurable increase in enrollment, learning outcomes and job placement numbers.

I designed training curriculum and initiatives to support performance and healthcare outcomes for a leader in managed care. I partnered with provider organizations to create vision and develop, refine, and implement programs to support management performance and improve care coordination.

In this role I was hired to develop training to improve staff performance for a multi-specialty medical management and billing group. By developing and implementing strategic performance and quality improvement initiatives, I increased employee engagement, accountability, and performance, which in turn improved staff satisfaction rates.

I directed workflow and efficiency initiatives across 11 health care facilities; designing, developing, and implementing of process and performance addressing policy/procedures, workflow design, training, and resource management.
