I am the Director of Sales and Marketing for 4 properties in the Syracuse and Watertown area.Tru By Hilton Syracuse Airport areaSuper 8 Liverpool, Hampton Inn Watertown and Comfort Inn & Suites Watertown. I oversee the Sales operation and standards within the three brands, Hilton, Wyndham and Choice. My constant goal is to achieve growth in revenues and market share for each property.

Managed entire Hotel operation for a full service, 150-room property. This included Front Desk, Housekeeping, Sales and Banquet department along with Restaurant/ Lounge and Kitchen. Maintained client base along with all marketing projects and continued to direct the entire sales and banquet staff. Operated and maintained computerized Property Management System.Rectified Guest complaints and handled all facets of customer service. This included continuing to work with entire staff teaching them how to give their personal best hospitality on a daily basis.Managed all third party web sites along with their customer reviews to make sure hotel reputation was upheld to the highest standard. Hired, trained and oversaw scheduling of staff in all departments.Worked closely with owners to generate new business and run a profitable operation.
