In order to assist all dealers with marketing strategy and execution, I established an easy to use web-based option site for retailers to download and use creative assets (photos, videos, logos, etc.), expanded the retailer marketing tool kit to include creative for multiple needs, and created a temporary Corporate Identity kit for retailers until their retailer location construction is completed.

Assisted Human Resources with internal communications and all people meetings, including event details and presentation materials. Managed media relations, including strategy, interviews, press releases and ride & drives. Managed the Marketing budget. Created, organized and facilitated operations meetings for Sales & Marketing staff in order to coordinate efforts between the two groups, following up with all team members to ensure assignments were completed.

Launched the Supplier of the Year program as well as quarterly business meetings and Supplier Ambassador Program, and managed the Supplier Discount Program, Global Supplier Council and the Supplier Diversity Council.
