Responsible for the maintenance of student records and accuracy for all records within the department. Worked closely with the registrars at all schools to verify enrollments/withdrawals and subsequent enrollment at other schools outside the district. Assisted in the preparation of various reports as required by local, state, and federal agencies. District student test administrator for all AZ mandated tests.

Performed acquisition, cataloging and processing of library materials for school libraries and 15 rural libraries throughout Yavapai County. Processed all Interlibrary Loan requests for 15 rural libraries. Used SirsiDynix Symphony to perform all functions needed to circulate books for the Yavapai Library Network. Knowledgeable in Dewey Decimal and Library of Congress classifications. Purchased and cataloged books for the “Bring on the Books” program.

Accessed and analyzed data and prepared statistical reports for use in campus decision-making. Collaborated with faculty, administration, and college staff to meet college's needs regarding the evaluation of programs and services. Designed and developed data dashboards. Produced summary reports, charts, and graphs on assigned projects and maintained department website. Was a key player in the design and implementation of a Division of Student Affairs Tableau dashboard that was the 2020 Gold winner for the NASPA Excellence Award in “Assessment, Persistence, Data Analytics and Related” category (see out take from article below)."The DSA’s Data and Assessment Program was announced as the Gold Award winner in the “Assessment, Persistence, Data Analytics and Related” category. The program was recognized for its ability to examine which Student Affairs programs were used by students, how much they were used, and how well students benefited from them. The DSA also excelled at analyzing student demographics, student success metrics and assessing the best co-curricular and support programs".

Acquisitions and Cataloging- Represented the library as cataloging resource person to external agencies. Performed acquisition, cataloging and processing of library materials and maintenance of the library's bibliographic utility. Developed and maintained an Electronic Book Processing Procedure manual. Created an Access database to manage budget, analyze monthly expenditures and to generate reports for various people throughout the department.Interlibrary Loan – Processed interlibrary loan requests for both lending and borrowing materials; placed requests with participating libraries; notified patrons about availability of requested items; received and distributed requested materials; processed renewals; and returned borrowed items to lending libraries.

Provided technical support for the library catalog database. Was the System Administrator for the library reference database. Managed library book budget and worked with multiple vendors to acquire books for the library. Provided reference and bibliographic services to researchers using clinical, legal and patent databases. Using querying tools, created and managed subject specific portlets for use by researchers across teams. Led technical migration of the integrated library system and subsequent training for Amgen employees at the Seattle campus. Participated in library marketing activities. Provided backup for Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery.

Catalogued items into the library bibliographic database. Trained in Interlibrary Loan technologies to provide backup when needed. Collaborated with librarians and faculty in collection development.
