I was directly responsible for processing regional payments and performance management processes.Being part of a larger global taskforce, and as part of process improvement, we got to streamline historical pay processes faced by the EMEA/ APAC region.

During my tenure, I was the employee's HR point of contact for Sama's largest client ( a fortune 500 company) on matters employee relations and engagement, performance management, recruiting, and compliance.The headcount grew from 900 to 1300+, in under 2 years.

Joined from Tumaini Self Service Limited. Played a critical role of enhancing employee relations, rapid expansion in headcount,during the merger with Quickmart Supermarket.
