Provided high level Executive support to the Group Executive and senior management team. The role included diary management interpreting priorities and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Administration of weekly management meetings, monthly results reporting, travel and expense management, co-ordination of staff and client events.Achievements included:• Being part of the team tasked with successfully transitioning all staff to the new hybrid working arrangements. The team co-ordinated regular communications, including advising of timeframes, responses to frequently asked questions, allocation and distribution of all necessary equipment to staff and ongoing monitoring of the new processes.• Successfully responded to a request by the CEO to hold the monthly Board meeting in Brisbane, normally held in Melbourne. Managed set up of facilities, IT and room re-configuration, catering, senior leaders meet and greet sessions and all ad-hoc requests from Board members. Received complimentary feedback post the meeting from the Board Chair and CEO.• Regularly co-ordinated company events such as the annual Senior Management planning conference; CEO annual results presentation to Queensland staff; Boardroom lunches and events with external attendees; client Christmas parties and staff celebratory events.• Key company contact for external Building Management. Liaison point for building facilities manager to assist with communications, rectification of any office issues and co-ordination of all external contractor access requests. • Key member of the Queensland Business Continuity team and contact point for the National BCP Manager. Assisted with regularly maintaining up to date contact information of key personnel. Tasked with recording and sharing, in an accurate and timely manner, all actions following incident meetings.
