• Coordinated the consolidation of month end, quarter end, and year end accounting processes, partnering with other divisions within the Controllership and operation areas across property. Automated the financial statement analysis/explanation process which reduced the review and consolidation function from 2 days to 4 hours.• Managed the Walt Disney World Resort financial reporting team of 12 direct reports whose responsibilities included financial statement preparation, general ledger reconciliations, and compliance with GAAP/Sarbanes-Oxley guidelines.
