- Leads creation, implementation, usage and ongoing maintenance of a federated Software License Proof of Entitlement database including the generation of regular, systems based and manual, software entitlement reports, in conjunction with responsible stakeholder teams and resolves all identified anomalies.- Initiates training, mentoring, coaching and guiding of stakeholders where and when: data is not supplied; data formatting issues require resolution; process and procedural technical asset templates lack maintenance or fail to reflect necessary changes; and stakeholder assistance, including server Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), for the interpretation of raw data, is identified as necessary.
