Dignitas Assisted Living Services, Ltd., is a new company serving as a non medical agency providing Companions and Personal Support Workers to the elderly, the disabled and to those who are simply overwhelmed by life's responsibilities. We see a need for support for seniors so that they can remain in their own homes as long as possible prior to an institution becoming their only option. Dignitas being latin for dignity, we want workers who practise compassion, empathy, patience and respect at all times. We believe there needs to be a cultural shift in attitude in the way we care for our elderly...and we hope to be a participant in making that a reality here in our part of the world. We are a company providing Options for Living and Helpers in Life.
