IEDC is a public-private partnership and Indiana's lead economic development organization. Collaborated with company executives, government leaders, and economic development partners to win job-creating expansions and capital investment projects in a 16-county region. Delivered more than 70 state grants for companies including AT&T, Abengoa BioEnergy, Berry Plastics, Cortegra, Toyota Boskoku and Brake Supply. Received Commendation Letter from Indiana Govenor Mitch Daniels recognizing my work at the Midwest US-Japan Conference.

Managed Southwest Region and successfully implemented branding, hosted industry forums and marketed corporate training to the business community. Provided marketing consultation to management team, developed state-wide programs and exhibits for Indiana Society of Human Resource Managers.

Contracted Project Plan Analysis with National Association of Office & Industrial Parks (NAIOP). Worked with contractors and engineers for the development's infrastructure, roads and utilities. Managed property and budgeting for common area expenses. Designed protective covenants and design guidelines with attorney and architects. Facilitated architectural review committee to ensure compliance and approval of sold parcels.

Developed programs, conducted Simon's "Bulli Awards" for all properties and grand opened new malls. Negotiated lease renewals, management and marketing at Highland Mall in Austin, TX.
