I Launched my insurance career in 1987 in the transportation market with an MGA and shifted to insurance marketing and sales with Templeton SW, Vista Insurance Partners, Mercury, Alpha, and TWFG insurance. I Transitioned to National Director of Sales in 2007 with TWFG Insurance to manage their exclusive retail model. My Primary responsibilities included sales, leadership, training, and developing marketing strategies, creating marketing campaigns, and being responsible for strong growth, and business development with over 400 agents in 21 States. Additionally, I supported the growth and development of an inside sales team, an outside sales team, and a training department. I organized and facilitated sales meetings and conventions.
