Ceo
CurrentI am founder and CEO of LifeWork Systems, an award-winning training and consulting company specializing in employee engagement and performance management through culture transformation since 2002. Our responsibility-based culture model is a transformational leadership model and is aligned with many trends today including globalization, enterprise agile, scaled agile, digital transformation, gig, IOT, diversity and inclusion, fast growth, complexity, mergers and acquisitions, psychological safety, corporate social responsibility and development of trauma-informed environments. I am the author of “What’s the Deal With Workplace Culture Change?” (Published by PeopleTested Media), a columnist on Emotional Intelligence in The Women’s Journals and a columnist on The Extraordinary Workplace in St. Louis Small Business Monthly. I am also a consultant, trainer, coach, and keynote presenter, with guest appearances on TV, podcasts and radio. I have created a scalable, digital platform and support processes (including a culture implementation framework) for distributing skills to all people and sustaining them within an organization, for greater emotional intelligence. This is highly needed in today's rapidly changing period of globalization and digital transformation, when many people are seeking to successfully navigate 21st century techno-human ecosystems. My purpose is to create a world in which all people love their lives. I (along with my team) translate theory into actionable, concrete realities. I provide a new language and toolset that relies on intuition, pushes past shame and allows everyone to step into a powerful future.
