About Judy Smith

Being a patient family partner will allow me to combine my passion of nursing with the art of being a caregiver, to ensure the patient, family and circle of care voices are at all tables as the new Ontario Health Teams are developed and engaged. This role is allowing me to use my previous nursing and discharge background to a new level, now combining it with the role of a caregiver. Now is the time for multiple voices to partner as we design an new health care system.
