Job Description: Retail Training management, mainly in:-Lead and project manage the development and implementation of training strategies;-Develop and implement retail operation standards for stores;-Writing training courses according to training strategies;-Conduct all in-classroom training programs;-Visit store on the regular basic and to provide on-site coaching to staffs, collect training need;-Build part-time trainer team and TTT other trainers-Develop training related platform include e-learning platform, mobile-learning platform

Job Description: Retail Training management, mainly in: -Manage regional training teams in line with brand training strategy, including set annual training targets and budget, follow-up action to ensure the training effectiveness, assess trainers’ KPI and qualification;-Conduct promotion training program for all sales staff, deliver training strategy、training materials and evaluation standard to regional training teams, track training results;-Project manager of retail management training program for brand distributors, set up budget, establish executive team, cooperate with external training agency;-Writing training courses according to training demands ;-Visit store on the regular basic and to provide on-site coaching to staffs-Deliver regular in-class training courses for store managers: Gem & product knowledge, Sales& service skills, Sales data analysis, etc；-Cross functional collaboration with other function team.

Job Description: Marketing & PR Department and Sales Team for a year separated, mainly in:-Base on annual Marketing Plans in Mainland, cooperate with top media sources in China to build brand influence;-Plan and execute store events for Media and high-end customs, and other sales promotion activities；-Manage digital social media platform and update brand news;-Assist daily operations in gallery, inventory management;-Delivery of Training in terms of professional knowledge, handicraft skill and brand culture。
