Chosen to lead a new project portfolio initiative in the Nestlé ECS SAP organization from a global team of seventy-five.-Design and launch the ECS SAP Project Portfolio end-to-end process that was showcased and adopted globally by 5 ECS Service Lines across 6 countries. Global ECS SAP Problem Solving Specialist: Led both onshore and offshore vendor Basis teams on all problem solving initiatives.- Designed and implemented the global problem solving framework across multiple SAP service lines and provided leadership and guidance to the technical team on root cause analysis.NAR Basis Assistant Team Lead:Successfully integrated the Nestlé USA legacy Basis team into the Nestlé Globe support model. - Strategized the process of harmonizing both operational and technical support activities (production support, compliance adherence, change management and problem management) to be in alignment with the Nestlé Globe support model achieving an administration overhead reduction by eliminating duplication of effort. Team member on the global SAP Basis team which supported 14 global and domestic SAP systems including IS-OIL, HR, Workplace/ITS and Business Warehouse.
