I have worked with internal business stakeholders, internal technical teams and external suppliers to specify and project manage development of new products. I specified product and process enhancements to increase internal efficiency and improve the customer experience. Held regular communications with suppliers and internal technical teams to keep up with developments, deliver products to market and fix issues. I provided regular reporting and analysis of product performance and reviewed with senior managers to identify and follow up on areas for improvement. Maintained product road map taking into account internal and external factors. Provided training on the product range to new starters to allow them to be productive in their roles as quickly as possible. Successfully reviewed and implemented pricing changes for TRACKER’s stolen vehicle recovery product range ensuring agreement by key business stakeholders.

I have successfully managed the first phase of an Insurance Telematics trial in conjunction with Direct Line. This has included building strong relationships with the Direct Line project team as well as working closely with Tracker's R&D and development teams and implementing changes to the business processes in order to support the trial.In addition I have managed other projects concurrently to successfully deliver new products to the business.

At PruHealth I have delivered multiple projects to tight timescales in a dynamic and fast paced environment. The projects have been as varied as new PMI (Personal Medical Insurance) plans, major updates to PMI plans, implementation of Protection products for PruProtect, implementation of an asset management system for marketing as well as an online chat facility among others.In order to deliver these projects I have built strong relationships with the PruHealth and PruProtect systems and operations teams and programme managers in South Africa, as well as the business teams in the UK. Where required I have liaised closely with external companies and suppliers to ensure successful implementation.

At Aviva I provided Project Management and Business Analysis expertise to Aviva Group Audit and Risk teams. Implemented software and process change to Norwich Union Business Units in the UK and 12 Aviva companies overseas. Analysed and defined business requirements and obtained business approval for the recommended solution.I was the key customer representative with external suppliers through package solution implementation to ensure the business requirements were met and worked closely with business users in different locations to deliver successful testing and software sign off. Planned, prepared and delivered training in the UK and overseas to ensure successful take up and use of the software and business processes affected by the change programme.

Managed the second phase of a £6 million, business-led project to rollout Image and Workflow, to 250 users in Lincoln’s Customer Services department split over two sites. Managed teams of between 4 and 14 successful people across two sites, including setting objectives and performing appraisals. Managed projects of varying sizes, many running concurrently, to provide enhanced business user functionality and statutory compliance including the rewrite and implementation of the commissions system for Y2K to include additional functionality giving additional business benefit.
