I serve as a resource within Aurora Medical Group to any newly hired physician, beginning with the interview process and continuing throughout the physician's employment experience with Aurora. As such, I function as a point of contact within our organization as preparations for licensing, credentialing, relocation, family concerns, practice start-up, orientation, etc. are carried out and then once here, ensure that any remaining issues and ongoing needs/questions are addressed. I work closely with all levels of clinic, administrative, hospital and medical leadership and can quickly identify the right individual to address ideas, concerns and needs a new physician has as they become more familiar and comfortable within our organization.
