Led communications strategy for globally-dispersed development staff at all levels of the organization. Managed internal communications plans for the campaign, a key matching grant and other initiatives. Conducted monthly webinars that kept 700+ fundraisers informed about the organization’s conservation strategies, success stories, best practices and tools. Wrote/edited leadership and staff emails as well as articles, blog posts, video talking points, newsletter and intranet content and more. Proactively worked across silos to achieve shared goals faster.

Led communications plans and activities for the Sustainable Cities group. Brought together subject-matter experts, writers and designers to create compelling materials that raised visibility of the group’s services inside and outside the company. Wrote/edited service sheets, press releases, presentations, messaging and scripts. Coordinated internal team meetings and events. Revamped 100+ materials to reflect the company’s new brand. Co-led communications team for the firm’s sustainability initiative, which included publishing annual sustainability reports and measuring results for continuous improvement.
