As the Program Coordinator for Limitless Possibilities, I spend most of my days engaging with our clients and our staff to ensure clients get the care they need and staff get the support they need. This work is both ever-changing and rewarding. As management, our most exciting work to date has been developing programs for each new house that opens and welcomes our residents. For me, it has been gratifying to jump in and see how the program helps our clients achieve independence and how our policies empower staff to do the work they love. Before joining Limitless Possibilities. I worked at Bryn Mawr Care. In this role, I had the ability to develop the love for managing projects and meeting self-set goals. I have also worked for Be Well Partners in Health, first as a community case manager for our vendor MCOs and then as the administrative assistant to our level-c executives. I have also worked for two other community mental health agencies — Coastal Plains Community Center and the Behavioral Health Center of Nueces County –- and I was lucky enough to work with both adults and youth with mental health diagnoses in the community.
