As a member of the senior management team of the department, helped lead the $82 million Winsor Promise campaign (2012-2017), the most ambitious capital campaign in the school’s history. Personally closed 27 six and seven-figure gifts, including two $2.5 million gifts. Oversaw high-level cultivation and major donor events to build and steward relationships among board leadership, Head of School, and lead prospects.Developed and implemented Winsor’s major gifts program and supported other programs within the Alumnae/Advancement Office. Worked in tandem with CAO and senior-level development volunteers and trustees, managing a portfolio of 200+ prospects capable of making five to seven-figure gifts. Planned and implemented strategies for identification, cultivation, solicitation, closure and stewardship of major prospects and donors to both the Annual Fund and to capital projects and campaigns; managed new parent cultivation and solicitation program; As part of a senior-level team, conducted feasibility study in May 2018.

Raised $1.5 million annually from local corporate funders through direct solicitation and major fundraising events. Cultivated strong relationships between ADL and business and philanthropic leaders; created and identified new areas for corporate support; successfully managed all aspects of fundraising events; coordinated and oversaw diverse groups of volunteer solicitors, including board members and leaders in the business community; conducted public relations for the department.

Developed cultivation, solicitation and stewardship strategies, and wrote and edited proposals for major gift prospects of $50,000 or more, identified and researched prospects; produced and edited department newsletter; coordinated and managed activities for Children’s Hospital League, a 700-member volunteer auxiliary group; managed a wide variety of special events, including donor cultivation events, trustee, physician, and employee programs, and tour and visitor relations.
