Provide program and project management support for the organization’s strategic initiatives. • Managing the Facilities Readiness Program, which includes foundational projects to prepare for upcoming strategic initiatives: Cleanroom Construction; Methods and Process Transfers; Facility Upgrades; and Commissioning and Qualification of utilities, spaces, equipment, instruments, and vendor systems.• Successfully executed a planned manufacturing shutdown exercise to complete facility upgrades and maintenance work. All work efforts were completed on schedule and manufacturing was restarted as originally communicated to clinical trial partners.• Managed a high visibility project to remediate identified gaps that were organized into six workstreams. Provided leadership, project oversight and support for the department, firm and industry wide initiatives. Lead a team of 12 associates responsible for managing projects and data technology support. Managed a portfolio of 75 technology and business projects across all supported business lines and associated investment products, including equity and fixed income products. Partnered with technology on large software development project, both internally developed applications as well as implementation of third party vendor systems. Majority of projects followed Waterfall methodology. The main internal system supported was SIS. Vendor systems included IMPACT, Shado, XSP, Smart Seg, Smart Loan and S3.  Acquired business knowledge of various products, processes, regulations in order to understand project requirements. Knowledge was gained through research, interviews with business partners, and shadowing associates. Most initiatives impacted upstream or downstream departments including Mutual Funds, Cost Basis and Tax Reporting, so it was necessary to gain insight into these processes as well. Requested to take on responsibility for additional departments for project oversight and management due to my success. Implemented tools to manage the capacity of each associate to undertake new initiatives as well as oversight for all projects. Tools included Confluence to track project status and Excel macros to extract data from Outlook. Several other managers recognized the value and adopted these tools for their operations. Recognized as a high potential leader for succession planning. Mentored supervisors as part of the firm’s Supervisor/Manager Mentorship program. Regularly asked to mentor more than one supervisor for each segment of the program. Seamlessly transitioned team from working fully on-site to fully remote due to the COVID-19 situation. Implemented formal project management and formed project teams to focus on training, multi-media, finance/statistics, data security, risk assessments, and technical support.  Project Manager for the Savings Bonds Direct application on the Treasury’s Web Application Infrastructure (TWAI). This application experienced 99.99% availability and complied with all Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) requirements. Planned and participated in successful relocation of operations to an off-site location during the G-20 Summit. Executed contingency plans to manage critical operational functions. 100% of expectations for processing and completion of work on a daily basis were met or exceeded. Project team member responsible for the merger of all Savings Bonds and Treasury Direct Operations from seven to two Federal Reserve Sites. Member of management team that developed the consolidation proposal submitted for consideration. As operations between sites were consolidated, identified and implemented process improvements resulting in operational efficiencies. This project met or exceeded all objectives related to time, budget, and minimal customer impact and realized an annual savings of over $8M to the U.S. Treasury. Responsible for learning each aspect of the savings bonds operations in order to effectively provide backup support for all other management staff and to reduce risk. One main component was the cash vault which held significant reserves in the event of a financial crisis.  Member of the Management Steering Group (MSG) for the Pittsburgh Branch, which was responsible for overall policy and direction, culture, crisis management, business continuity, and all other matters that directly impacted the branch.
