Member of management team that developed the consolidation proposal submitted for consideration. This project met or exceeded all objectives related to time, budget, and minimal customer impact and realized an annual savings of over $8M to the U.S. Treasury. Responsible for learning each aspect of the savings bonds operations in order to effectively provide backup support for all other management staff and to reduce risk. One main component was the cash vault which held significant reserves in the event of a financial crisis.  Member of the Management Steering Group (MSG) for the Pittsburgh Branch, which was responsible for overall policy and direction, culture, crisis management, business continuity, and all other matters that directly impacted the branch.
