Executive leadership of the residential lending division for a community bank with locations in Missouri, Texas and Illinois. My responsibilities included the leadership and management of all aspects of mortgage loan origination including sales, operations, pricing, secondary market functions, construction project approvals, regulatory compliance, recruiting, budget planning and project management. Transitioned the division from a negative to a substantially positive net revenue contributor to the organization. This was accomplished through a comprehensive cultural and staffing overhaul. Our product offering included Fannie, Freddie, FHA, VA, USDA, Proprietary Portfolio loan products, and Construction, Bridge, and Lot loans.(Providence Bank was acquired by Mid First Bank in 2021.)

My team had positive net revenue consistently from 2004-2010, even during the financial crisis.Total associates managed was 41, including 4 subordinate district sales managers. Member of team of five real estate lending managers responsible for creating and implementing new balance sheet product offerings.Lead business line representative at the corporate level for the recommendation, design, implementation and training of Salesforce.com, and the transition of our division to a paperless environment. (I was originally hired by Southwest Bank, which was acquired by M&I Bank, and then subsequently acquired by BMO Harris Bank during my tenure.)
