My responsibilities include the general oversight of the clinical and fiscal operations of three services lines: home health, hospice, and Lifeline. My primary goal is to lead my teams in providing excellent quality care in a fiscally responsible manner.

Optimal was a partner with Mercy Hospital when I transferred from Mercy to Optimal Health Services. At Optimal Health Services I was responsible to ensure that 6 home care service lines of business were in compliance with state, federal, and Joint Commission standards.My responsibilities also included developing policies and procedures, developing operational processes for new lines of business, and managing performance improvement projects for all home care services lines.

I was responsible for the clinical and fiscal management of a mid-sized Medicare certified, Joint Commission accredited home health agency. My primary goal was to provide excellent care in a fiscally responsible manner.

Integrated Care Systems was an infusion company of Mercy Hospital. I managed the nursing department of the hospital's home infusion company and was responsible for ensuring that our pharmacy and home care division met all state, federal and Joint Commission standards. I created a home pediatric program that focused on high tech home infusion. I managed and facilitated performance improvement projects for the pharmacy and home health division as well.

I worked in Pediatrics, NICU, and pediatric ICU as a staff nurse, and ultimately transferred to home health to develop a home care pediatric program.I transferred to Home Health and developed a successful pediatric program and provided oversight and clinical support to the pediatric team.
