A new initiative, Cabrini Health appointed a consumer member to attend the Cabrini Health Board meetings as an invitee and add the patient/family/community member perspective to discussions. An entrepreneurial bread manufacturing company established in 2004 by myself and three partners to provide ground breaking frozen bread technology to the food service industry. I had overall responsibility for creating and driving the marketing function while managing the people and quality control aspects of the business.
