I have experience with art as a tool in therapy, mindfulness, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Satir Psychology, Experiential therapy, Sculpting therapy, Family therapy, Grief and loss counseling, ADHD coaching, group counselling, educational groups and more. I have worked with youth as a school based substance use and mental health counselor in Ottawa and have worked in short term and long term drug and alcohol treatment centres in Ontario. I have studied and practiced therapy related to family roles with addiction, gaming, internet and cybersex addiction, co-current disorders, harm reduction and abstinence based modules.All of my practice is up to the Colleges Code of Ethics. Services are entirely confidential and my practice is entirely Client Focused in approach.I am a registered member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, I hold my Bachelors degree in Social Developmental Studies and a Bachelors in Social Work. I am currently working on attaining my Masters in Social work.I also have experience with preparing and delivering workshops and training.
