Researched and evaluated validated instruments and questionnaires to add clinical content into the Psychological Assessment section of a Web-based, self-administered patient interview system designed to improve the quality of patient care by strengthening clinician-patient communication. Compiled, organized, and cataloged the research supporting the clinical content.

Implemented Care Management and Decision Support rule-builder into a comprehensive practice management system enabling physicians to improve profitability and optimize workflow. Analyzed specifications and developed requirements documentation incorporating CCHIT Electronic Health Record certification criteria and Clinical Quality Measures for Meaningful Use.

Supported all product-development and research-related activities of a Web-based, self-administered patient interview system designed to improve the quality of patient care by strengthening clinician-patient communication, monitoring patient outcomes, measuring quality of care, and gathering data for research.

Collaborated with subject-matter experts (SMEs) to design a payer-management software for integration into a practice management system that provided increased practice efficiency and optimized revenues for healthcare providers.
