I manage a team of closing loan administrators to effectively close Middle Market, Entertainment Media, Franchise Finance and Technology transactions. My goal is to provide my team and peers the necessary tools and training to support the business goals of the company. -- I engage in hiring and onboarding new Loan Administrators in Loan Operations.-- Analyze and closed complex loan structures including large, syndicated borrowing base facilities and private equity investor fund transactions.-- Contributed to published Western Alliance Bank syndication policy.-- Developed multiple internal guidelines related to the loan closing function.-- Largely responsible for working with new specialty business lines to the company.

-- Successfully integrated a new Documentation & Closing function within the Commercial Real Estate line of business supporting 30 relationship managers located in CA, WA, FL and NY. -- Instituted proper controls and determine best practices prior to funding and booking, thus mitigating unnecessary risk to the company.-- Implemented a pilot and roll out program of the Documentation & Closing function across the Middle Market line of business consisting of 100+ relationship managers across the US.-- Hired and managed a staff of 10 closers located in Scottsdale, Arizona, Buffalo, NY and Jersey City, NJ.

Primary responsibility was to hire and develop a group of commercial real estate Closer II staff positions. My approach was to assess the needs of each individual and develop specific training needs in order to invest and grow each closer in a rapid environment. Developed effective guidelines and training for the Follow-Up Specialist position which allowed the role to grow into a commercial real estate Closer II position..

Managed a newly created Commercial Real Estate closing and disbursement group which supported the administration, disbursing and closing needs of seven relationship managers.I was able to evaluate and reorganize the structure of a growing department by establishing procedures and guidelines, thus eliminating risk factors identified. Managed, developed and lead a group of eight commercial real estate loan closers and two support personnel.
