As the Director of Retail I am responsible for the development of all retail operations including, creating budgets and departmental infrastructure, product purchasing and merchandising, inventory management, employee recruiting/hiring and management, P&L management, while obtaining yearly sales goals and maintaining projected net profit margins. Retail disciplines include Hospitality Retail, Specialty Alpine Specialty Retail, Nordic Specialty Retail and Golf Specialty Retail.

As an integral part of the Alpine and Nordic Softgoods division, I successfully supported development and sales of multiple product lines, increasing gross sales of the division of more than 150% in four years time. Responsibilities ranged from conceptual to production development for each segment, working with designers & manufacturers, production of wholesale and consumer print collateral, organization of tradeshow logistics, product presentation at national and regional industry tradeshows, inventory management and distribution.
