Ordering, devising & implementing new menus. I redesigned pie fillings for Australia wide distribution through Patties and created unique recipes and menus relevant to local preferences, product availability, cost efficiency and establishment theme.In this role, I also developed policies and procedures for food preparation, production techniques and quality standards.
