Everyday, I wake up inspired to help individuals live their Best Self. Living our dream is a birthright that I want each of us to fulfill. My mission is to two-fold: 1) Empower Professionals of all backgrounds to leverage their highest potential and 2) Catalyze Organization leaders to create diverse, inclusive and equitable ecosystems where ALL employees can thrive. It's the right thing to do for people and it's the smart thing to do for business results.I just love empowering “Culture-Crossers” (women, persons of color, first gen and global professionals) to take ownership of their career advancement and navigate toward their leadership potential. I'm fired up to advise executive leaders who are committed to employing the Best Talent in their organizations. This means creating an equitable talent advancement system that can truly recognize and reward a diverse set of professionals. I've been inspired by leaders who dare to self-reflect in courageous conversations, willing to explore how our Norms of of Power have caused an under-representation of women and people of color in leadership positions and who feel accountable to build talent equity in the leadership pipeline.A first-generation Asian American woman, my climb to "success" was a privileged path yet marred with issues of identity, belonging and invisibility. I bring both my personal and executive experience to bear as I engage with individuals and organizations. It's clear to me that creating a workplace that embraces and celebrates all requires each of us to be beautifully human -- believing in our dream, knowing the best always happens when we create with others and daring to live with an open heart and a strategic mind.
