I help mid-size to large business owners understand their total cost of risk. Our focus is to facilitate clients understanding and management of risk, and to implement the best practices that allow for optimal results. To achieve these goals we analyze and counsel our clients on insurance coverage, loss control practices, claims handling procedures, and how they relate back to their day to day business operation.

The purpose of this position is to assist sales producers in writing new business, in addition to, retaining an existing book of commercial clients. Responsibilities include marketing for new business and renewals; participating in sales calls, new business and renewal presentations; maintain knowledge of an ever-changing marketplace; tailoring a successful insurance solution for each account; participating as a liaison between client and insurance company; and building client relationships by providing excellent customer service.

The purpose of this position is to manage 6 Customer Service Representative and 3 Insurance Assistants for the Ohio Region. In addition to management duties this position is responsible for servicing a large commercial book of business. Duties included but not limited to: coordinate renewals and coverage review of accounts $250,000-$2,500,000 annual premium; meet with the clients to present renewals or discuss service issues; create and participate in new business presentations; maintain 85% retention level; review new business applications to insure appropriate coverage selected as well as recommending coverage not selected or submitted.

The purpose of this position was to provide excellent customer service to clients. Duties included account rounding through selling additional lines of insurance on an existing book of business, claims management, as well as day to day client service needs.
