During a well-publicised period of crisis for the Australian firm, I led on various submissions to the Senate, governmental bodies, regulators and clients. A part of the Risk and Ethics leadership team, I also led the Risk and Ethics workstream (encompassing ethics, compliance, business risk, enterprise risk and regulatory engagement) of the firm’s Transformation Program, helping the function settle into its 'desired future state'. I co-ordinated the execution of strategic initiatives within the Risk and Ethics function, directing financial and operational activities for 100+ staff.

A Director reporting to the Office of the Global General Counsel based in New York, I provided legal counsel to our global business, focusing on our Tax and Legal services, and worked especially closely with Global Legal Services leadership to provide legal advice on live and emerging issues impacting the legal business globally. I led the Australian workstream of the global investigation into the recent 'confidentiality breach' in Australia.I worked closely with business leaders in our member firms across the world to help manage risk and reputation, particularly where issues had the potential to impact the broader PwC network.
