• Collected, reviewed, and interpreted data within the UFHCC’s Protocol Review and Monitoring System (PRMS), which consists of three (3) different review and monitoring committees, to create visual presentations to explain the progress of the PRMS to executive members. These presentations were continually improved to the point where meeting occurrences decreased from bi-monthly to monthly.• Created and improved the process for disease site group (DSG) review of new clinical trials for 13 DSGs using Qualtrics and Microsoft Excel. This experience is further detailed in an abstract that was submitted and accepted at the 2021 Clinical Research Innovation Annual Meeting titled, “Enhancing DSG Review at the UFHCC.” • Developed copy for institutional policies, procedures, manuals, and year-end summary reports for stakeholder review.

• Created and enhanced the review of data monitoring reports for 20+ clinical trials using Jasper Reports and our clinical trials management system, OnCore by Advarra.• Created a new process for the collection, review, and visualization of patient safety data from hundreds (100+) adverse events and deviations that were presented at monthly data safety and monitoring board (DSMB) meetings using large data manipulation techniques in Microsoft Excel, Jasper Reports, and OnCore. These reports were continually improved and streamlined to where DSMB members commented on how easy the data review became.

• Created a new process to streamline the formatting, editing, and proofreading of manuscripts and research plans for a new research initiative within this department. • Provided administrative support to the clinical research program, including institutional review board support. I received one (1) editorial acknowledgment for my assistance in a scientific journal article titled, “Case-based care for pre-existing or new-onset mood disorders in patients undergoing infertility therapy.”

• Supported two (2) editors by formatting, copyediting, and submitting scientific manuscripts and abstracts to publishers and conferences, respectively. I received four (4) editorial acknowledgements for my assistance in four (4) scientific journal articles.• Assisted two (2) grant specialists by coordinating and collecting documents for grant applications and formatting and copyediting federal, state, and industry grant proposals.

- Promptly an efficiently performed technical checks and quality regulation of all manuscripts submitted to IJPT.- Became the liaison between the IJPT’s Editorial Board, corresponding authors of submissions, and reviewers to ensure a smooth and timely review process.- Promptly formatted and proofread manuscripts after journal acceptance for consistency and adherence to IJPT’s publication style.- Wrote copy and updated and maintained the journal’s website and social media accounts, which gained over 100 followers.- Initiated, negotiated, and signed advertising contracts with 4 companies to promote IJPT’s visibility.
