New programs were developed by conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify the areas needed to improve before creating new program. - Certified trainer under Mini Work Shop Series (MWS). Certified to conduct all MWS programs which is 4 hours long programs developed to target busy organizations. Went for Train the Trainer under MWS.- Versed in Malaysian Labor Law.
