-Modelling, optimization and design of piezo valves taking into account different kind of production tolerances, flow forces, dynamic pressure, thermomechanical properties of composite materials, aging effects, natural frequencies, polarization, ignition limit curves, storage, explosion protection, normative limitations and material properties of more than 30 piezo ceramics from different manufacturers-Responsible for the project management, development, implementation, control and verification of intrinsically safe pilot valves and direct controlled valves with piezoactuators, intrinsically safe control electronics and required internal and external certificates-Project management to carry out market analyzes and development of use cases for the use of smart valve terminals, valve heads and positioners in the process industry for the development of new Apps. Coordination with external and internal customers such as product management, lead customers sales and development in the preparation of specification sheets and development supporting measures.-Development and Implementation of algorithms for diagnostic functions such as the partial stroke test and different soft sensors such as end position and wear detection for series devices in solenoid valves, pneumatic actuators, process valves, valve terminals and positioners based on internal measurement signals, models and machine learning.
