Get into the lead - Integrated model based engineering of automobile electronic system architecturesWe are pioneers in the integrated engineering of complex embedded system networks in both stationary and mobile plants. From 2014 we supported the rise of CHERY's Technical Center Shanghai (CTCS) and the development of the EXEED platform (see www.3E-motion.com). For the first time ever the E/E-system of a car is developed completely integrated and model based using our iMBE engineering process, our Virtual Solution Design methodology and our Engineering system ESCAPE.Together we built the world's most efficient model based, integrated E/E-engineering environment, from the very first idea down to serial production and remote data access. Documents and data is generated automatically from the vehicle reference model. Implemented in thousands of trams, metros and people movers we introduced the Virtual Solution Design methodology in the automotive industry already in 1999. With CAPE/C / ESCAPE we offered the first integrated engineering platform that supports the development of the complete automotive electronic system and improved it in cooperation with BMW for many years.Specifications can be generated from the model, configurable via XSLT-templates. Function models can be translated into Simulink models automatically. Test & debugging is supported via TCP/IP-link into the car with presenting actual variable values in the functional model together with the possibility to force values remote.We also developed a new automotive electronics system architecture to solve the problem of Internet access to the car vs. secured embedded system communication. With the development of our 3EVolution prototype-EV (www.3E-volution.com) we want to push the introduction of affordable electrical vehicles in Germany. Our partners in this project are the most innovative companies in EV technologies from USA and Canada.
