Maintain technical and commercial competitiveness of the world’s largest boiler portfolio, with the support from competence centers in US, France and Germany. Responsible leader to prepare GE’s re-entrance as a full EPC provider into the Waste to Energy market.Key Achievements: Achieved marked readiness for a fully integrated Waste to Energy plant within 12 months from project start. Reduced direct production costs of GE’s ultra super critical utility boilers fleet by 15-20%. Established full harmonization between 3 HRSG execution centers and achieved the major order intake in ALSTOM’s Gas business in 2014 and 2015.

Direct responsible for sales and tendering, engineering, Project- and Commercial Contract Management. Execution of long term service contracts on 13 coal fired power stations and being responsible for an approximate company turnover of 250 Mio$ p.a. with around 5’500 employees.Key Achievements: Completed fabrication of pressure parts for 12x800MW utility boilers with around 900 employees in 3 shifts in own workshop. Secured first erection contracts in the petrochemical industry since 3 decades. Successful replacement of HP piping at 6 Units at Tutuka Power Station as best contractor on the project with a net contribution margin of 38%. Scored sealing on all KPI’s of boiler maintenance contract for ESKOM.

Providing support and solutions to site erection teams for all piping related technical queries.Key Achievements: Completed full scope of Projects Gissi (Italy) 2x420MW, Tallawarra (Australia) 400MW and Al Fujairah (UAE) 200MW on time and within budget.
