My responsibilities include drafting of summons, document and contract review. Independently litigate small claims and act as company counsel in debt reconstruction processes. First point of contact regarding most legal queries that can arise in a credit market company. Act as legal specialist in a variety of in-house project groups regarding, amongst other, personal data protection, marketing and product development. Current areas of specialisation are marketing law, property law, collection matters and family law.

Main responsibilities included vast administration of customer documentation regarding collection matters. Administration and drafting of documentation regarding upcoming forced sale matters, as well as negotiation with customers regarding payment plans. Liaised between the First Line Collection team and the Collection Specialists to ensure effective and smooth administration processes were upheld and updated. During the time in this position great problem-solving skills were acquired as well as a business-oriented mindset developed.

Main responsibilities included out going collection calls to mortgage loan customers and negotiation of payment plans and respite requests. The work was always conducted in teams which required a high level of team co-operation as well as personal integrity. In this position I developed extensive negotiation skills as the majority of work was done over the telephone.

Thesis intern writing in the area of Public Procurement with emphasis on co-operation within the construction industry.

Responsible for the economic administration of the students association. This included economic administration at the associations many social and career-related activities.Furthermore project administration skills where acquired as all work was done on a volunteering basis which required extensive time management skills due to short deadlines.

Assisted the QA manager and QS manager in drafting and translation of construction documentation as well as responsibility for the follow up and archiving of updated documentation. In this position i developed great Swedish and English translation skills, as well as some Danish skills.

Traineeship included document administration, vast translation work of construction documentation from English to Swedish, as well as event planing and implementing of various company-related social events. Extensive Assisted in various parts of quality- and environmental process administration. Extensive MS Office skills were learnt.
