Designing and shaping the Digital Transformational Change program for Everest Home Improvements. A Key focus of the role was to manage the Quality Team in Factories (one in Kent and One in S Wales) and all the company’s Quality and Health and Safety accreditations, this also covered all patents and product testing. The Quality Team consisted of 26 staff across several sites. Another Key focus of the Role is to define and implement Business Improvement projects across 2 Manufacturing Sites and the wider Operational Team The projects relate to driving OPEX reduction, by optimizing the Value Stream, Improving OEE, re-engineering products for Improved Manufacture and delivering high value CAPEX projects that will reduce the labor content. I was also responsible for leading the roll out of a new ERP /CRM system focused on Advanced Manufacturing and the Digital customer Journey. I played a key role to act as an interface between the Exec, IT and the Core Business Teams. I have also contributed to the design of the businesses TOM and ensure that all projects are aligned to the TOM (People, Process and Technology) and therefore are working towards achieving the over all business strategy.

Shaping and driving the Transformational Change program for the Customer Services Dept. The Coventry as just started on a large transformational change program my role was to help them shape and then kickstart the Customer Services projects that form part of the wider corporate change program. I also helped the Head of CS to select the right people from the business areas to act as SME on the corporate change program.

A Master Black Belt level role, managing a team of circa 30 Black Belts and Business Analysts working on cross functional Transformational change programmes and projects across Vodafone UK. My current focus is split in to three areas 1)Lead the process design of a very large Transformational change program 2) Lead the Business Process Improvement activity in the UK and 3) Lead the design of new Customer Journeys and Process for new product and services. Every project I lead is with a focus to drive Customer Satisfaction/Net Promoter Score (NPS) up and ensure that Operating Costs are optimised.

Main areas of focus for the role are:- Improving the LSS Capability in the Finance Team, Tracking and Steering projects to ensure that they delivered to cost and on time, Leading Cross Work-stream Large Projects, Along with Leading the Procurement upgrade of the Oracle operating system.
