I originally worked as a teaching assistant, helping out the tutors by setting their stations and doing clerical work. I was later hired as a center's mathematics and science tutor. I tutored students aged anywhere from 9 to 20 years in multiple subjects. I taught algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus, earth science, physics, and biology. I also prepared students for standardized tests such as the SAT or ACT.
