In my thesis, I created operating system for I-Logistics Oy. The operating system was based on ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007 standards. As a result of the thesis, a procedure manual and a driver’s manual were produced. The company took these manuals in use immediately.
