Been working several years in a truly international projects where team(s) are scattered around the world. Projects that aim to develop products to the governmental and big to middle sized commercial customers. Been working with the challenges of the companies that grow, and companies that are in a transformation process. Mostly solving problems how to combine the customer needs to the product requirements and from there to development stories, and how to prioritize and projectize the work when the resources are limited. I'm familiar with lean product development methods from development team level to portfolio level. My expertise is in network security field, but the process knowledge can be easily transferred to other fields as well. I believe my knowledge could be useful for any growing company that has challenges with product development, coupling product requirements and customer needs to actual development processes and successful deliveries.
