I continued my previous responsibilities as a content creator and project manager, while also developing work methods, services and products. On top of these responsibilities I also acted, with great subordinate-ratings as the line manager for a multicultural visualization team, located in Finland, Sweden and India. In this role I learned about the different ways of working depending on the country and culture while enjoying the chance to develop people's expertise.

I began managing the projects in my own team and after a while was handed the team lead responsibility of said team, being responsible for the work method development, project planning, management, product and service development. I also sold these projects and supported sales on multi-discipline projects, while also creating content in this area.

I started my career at Citec as a 3D Visual designer creating animations and visualizations for energy and technology industry clients. A also designed and created different multimedia applications to websites and as standalone applications.
