Juha Christensen Email and Phone Number
I have become convinced that success can be reduced to two key components. Join me as I summarize those based on my experiences over the past few years.. During my career, I have been fortunate enough to experience multiple successes, a few failures and a fair share of boom, bust and resurrection. I have worked with exceptional individuals around the world. All this taught me that success is all about having a clear, bold Endgame and a set of Playbooks for achieving that Endgame.Think of the path to success as a train journey. Your end destination 3, 5 or 10 years out is your Endgame, while the Playbooks tell you how you get from station to station.Your first step is to gain a deep understanding of your resources and capabilities, or what I refer to as your operational reality. You need to understand how stretchable and flexible that reality is. On top of that you layer your understanding of market opportunities, changing consumer desires and of course raw ambition. Then comes the numbers that tie it all together. The money is fuel that you burn when you invest in reaching your Endgame, and the revenues, margins and cash flows that inform you about your level of success. After iterating through all these, you have your Endgame and a set of Playbooks for achieving this Endgame. Today my career is dedicated to driving the creation of Endgames and Playbooks for the many thousands of smart, ambitious and resourceful individuals at Bang & Olufsen, Netcompany, CloudMade, Blazar and Star, and for the hundreds of thousands of people who work for Star’s global clients.
