About Juha Järvi

Digital transformation executive with strong footprint and eight years of international experience in consulting and service provider domain within health provider industry in the US, Middle East and Europe. My current responsibilities are client account, project, and program leadership roles where I overlook the program and project deliveries across our healthcare clients and geographies, with P/L responsibility (3+ million € 2021e), consisting a team of 20+ intelligent automation professionals.     I started my journey in the Middle East with Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, a world-class green field hospital, as an Inpatient Orders analyst. My most important responsibilities included implementing Epic physician order entry tools, nursing work list management tools and integrated testing ownership for the Epic Inpatient team. My genuine interest and core skills have always been in hospital revenue cycle and financial management.     Nets Oy (Formerly Luottokunta), Finland, February 2012 – September 2012This project was the first Acquiring Sourcing initiative in the Finnish credit card market. The credit card acquiring market followed the same trend as the credit card issuing market followed years before. Banks and other financial institutions took the position as the acquirer whereas Luottokunta moved towards acting like a pure credit card transaction processor between the acquirer and the issuer.I was responsible for developing the financial integration points, technical capabilities, controls and workflows between Luottokunta (the transaction processor) and the acquirer. The transaction processor was responsible for accurate and complete accounting on behalf of the acquirer, this information then had to be transferred to the acquirer’s General Ledger system. I designed an extremely well controlled, easily maintained solution using data warehousing, ETL loads and XML schemas that enabled reliable financial data flow between the two organizations. This solution as such is still in use today almost five years after the deployment.Nets Oy (Formerly Luottokunta), Finland, February 2011 – February 2012As part of the Accenture team, we worked to deliver the first Co-Acquiring capabilities to the Finnish credit card acquiring market together with Luottokunta and a leading Finnish financial institution. We enabled the first steps in changing the merchant acquiring field where Luottokunta had historically been the sole acquirer.By the time of the deployment, I was the back-end team lead with some ETL development responsibilities using SAP provided ETL tools. Robust master data reconciliation skills were developed over time as time sensitive migration analysis were completed in various assignments in Finland and abroad. I was part of a multi-year SAP ERP roll-out audit team for a leading Finnish industrial company which supported an ERP platform migration review in many countries through Europe and Asia. I conducted several yearly IT General Controls audits where the focus was on the risk areas based on the client’s business model and the risk environment. In addition, I have experience with the testing and documentation of Sarbanex-Oxley Act related IT General Control audits
