Responsible for organizing events and congresses like SATL Automotive Aftersales Summit and Workshop Exhibition (Autokorjaamomessut). Offering further training and publish automotive literature in Finnish language. Actively take part in legislative work and developing automotive education in higher level.The aim is also integrate our members more tightly into international business through the FISITA - The International Federation of Automotive Engineering Societies. FISITA represents more than 210 000 Automotive Engineers in 37 countries. SATL is also publishing automotive literature in Finnish and offers widely automotive trainings, seminars and webinars. SATL is organizing an annual SATL Automotive Aftersales Summit and also the biggest Automotive Aftermarket Exhibition in Helsinki is arranged by SATL together with Messukeskus.

Since the beginning of 2016 the company has been a part of Örum/Mercantile Group. We have integrated Diagno to be the one of the most valuable part of the value chain of the whole Group. Very important thing has been making as tight integration as needed without damaging the own identity and the flexibility of a small company of specialists.

Bosch was changing their strategy at the end of 2004 how to sell workshop equipment in Finland. Before that Bosch Workshop Equipment department was selling of course Bosch Equipment but also having another producsts to offer wider range of products. Since beginning of 2005 it was not possible to sell other products than Bosch and those should be sold through Wholesaler. We were asked to find a partner who could sell and support Bosch producs in Finland. We thought there were not such a good company in Finland why we decided to make one. We started being nationwide wholesaler of Bosch Test Equipment in Finland and in Estonia and made also collaboration agreements with former Bosch partners like Zippo Lifts, ATT Nussbaum, Hywema, S-tec etc. Beside of test equipment we made agreement with Bosch OE department to sell and storage OE-Parts like relays, wiper systems, connectors etc for Finnish manufacturing industry.

I was working as a head of technical services. My responsibility was developed own technical training department and trainings for automotive mechanics and automotive teachers. Trainings were mainly automotive diagnostics and electrical systems as well as new automotive technology.

I was responsible of some product lines like diagnostics, exhaust analysers, A/C Service equipment, oscilloscopes etc. At the very beginning one of the main tasks was to expand heavily our product portfolio. That was a very interesting job which gave me great possibility to expand my knowledge of workshop equipment as well as expand my business network. Most of the partners we have are from german speaking area which gave me possibility to improve my german language. When I'm speaking or having a business meeting with person whose mother tongue is german, I always use german.

I was keeping 2 - 3 courses yearly for automotive engineering students mainly focusing on automotive diagnostics as well as automotive electrical systems. The courses very theory lessons and practical labs.I got many good connections with whom we have made business afterwards. I ended my constant teaching there when I started as a Managing Director but still keep some lessons to automotive students occasionally.

After engineering studies I started my professional career in a Robert Bosch Company in Finland. At the very beginning I was responsible to handle the warranties but after a while I went more into Technical Training and Technical Hotline.I had very nice 1,5 year by Bosch which teached me a lot of Automotive Electronics and Diagnostics. I was also learning how to train the professionals from my great menthors and colleagues.I had the possibility to stay at Bosch but decided to be one of the founding partners of Diagno Finland Oy. We are still in very close collaboration with Bosch.
