I am a hands-on generalist with a decade spent designing digital products. I was Head of Design at Zomato by the time I was 24, and have been working across verticals since then. I have worked with Times of India, Razorpay, MyGate, Hike, HT, and always looking to find the next tech solution to work on.My process is user-centered and cross-functional. I love every aspect of product design, from user-interviews to data-diving to strategy to documentation to Dribbble-worthy visuals to meticulous design systems. When needed, I hire design sub-contractors to do what I can't. I especially thrive when aligning big-picture to the tiniest detail, when marrying highest impact to business with best experience for users, when synthesising data to pull actionable insights, or when crafting a new visual language. I prefer to work closely with in-house experts across development, marketing, product, business, operations.
