API - Business SolutionsLeadership Development Program:Involved with enterprise API strategy and deployment in order to monetize network data available. Role included API product management and creation of marketing collateral as well as business development. • Defined product features and functionality for specific API based on customer needs and market research. Created business case which was approved by Officer level management within Business Solutions. Organized and conducted a round table forum with senior pricing managers to understand the benefits and challenges of adopting the tool. Concluded that the company needed an effective web-based training.• Conceptualized and developed the eLearning platform for managers to familiarize themselves with and leverage the price-reporting tool. The training saved each manager upwards of 6 days to reach the required proficiency level with the use of the tool.• Promoted the new price-reporting tool and gained buy-in through an in-house social media intranet site.
