About Juhi Thanvi

In a rapidly advancing world, I have always believed in the efficacy of informed strategic planning as well as the insight and experience to prepare for contingencies. I have pursued Management studies (BMS) from Jai Hind College, Mumbai and graduated in the batch of 2016-19. During the course of my education, I chanced to work at Essar Services as a Branding and Marketing intern where I learnt about the charismatic culture of a conglomerate. Apart from building a rapport with my immediate seniors, I employed this opportunity to interact with employees from different areas and the Human Resource department caught my attention. Curiosity about comprehending and learning the payroll process, recruitment, learning & development of the employees reached its peak and I went on to take an internship at, a budding start-up primarily engaged in development of identity and access management. I learnt recruiting, evaluation of resumes and most importantly the intricacies prevailing in a start-up with limited heads. Apart from my academic interests, I am a voracious reader, an avid traveler and passionate about teaching as well as issues on women empowerment & gender equality. My only motto in life is to Hustle Smart !
